HOW TO ENTER
Beginning Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") eligible Country Music Television Ltd ("CMT") viewers can enter the "Turn Up the Heat Tours" Contest (the "Contest") to see one of the following artists in concert in the city of your choice:
- Brad Paisley; or
- Tim McGraw; or
- Rascal Flatts; or
- Toby Keith.

Visit www.cmt.ca and complete the online entry form by filling in your name, address (with postal code), e-mail address, age and telephone number. Select the concert location for which you would like to be eligible to win One (1) pair of tickets and submit the entry form by clicking on the "Enter" button. Entry is limited to One (1) entry per person per e-mail address per day.

Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest. If it is discovered that you have attempted to enter the Contest more than once per day or use more than one e-mail address all of your entries shall be disqualified. Should it be discovered that you are using the aid of computer/software programs to auto-fill entries, you will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. CMT reserves the right to disqualify all such entrants from future contests conducted by CMT without further notice.

CONTEST CLOSING DATES
Entries must be received by CMT 2:00 p.m. E.T. on the following dates (the "Contest Closing Dates")

CLOSE- MONDAY, JULY 12 AT 2PM E.T. FOR THE July 22, 2010 - Brad Paisley performance and the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario and the July 25, 2010 - Toby Keith performance at General Motors Place, Vancouver, British Columbia.

CLOSE - THURSDAY, JULY 22 AT 2PM FOR THE August 7, 2010 - Tim McGraw performance at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario.

CLOSE - FRIDAY, JULY 30 AT 2PM FOR THE September 5, 2010 - Rascal Flatts at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario ; the September 23, 2010 - Toby Keith performance at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario; the October 2, 2010 - Brad Paisley performance at GM Place, Vancouver, British Columbia; and the October 4, 2010 - Brad Paisley performance at Rexall Place, Edmonton, Alberta. .

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGES
There are Nine (9) individual Grand Prize Packages available to be won. Each Grand Prize Package consists of Two (2) tickets for following venues:

- July 22, 2010 - Brad Paisley - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario;
- July 25, 2010 - Toby Keith - General Motors Place, Vancouver, British Columbia
- August 7, 2010 - Tim McGraw - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario**
- September 5, 2010 - Rascal Flatts - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario
- September 23, 2010 - Toby Keith - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario
- October 2, 2010 - Brad Paisley - General Motors Place, Vancouver, British Columbia
- October 4, 2010 - Brad Paisley - Rexall Place, Edmonton, Alberta
- October 5, 2010 - Brad Paisley - Pengrowth Saddledome, Calgary, Alberta
- October 7, 2010 - Brad Paisley - MTS Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba


**Note: Winner of Tim McGraw concert receives VIP Backstage Performance Pass in place of a meet and greet.

The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize Package is Ninety Canadian Dollars ($90 CDN).

NOTE: Declared Grand Prize Package winners and their guests will be responsible for all transportation to and from the concert sites and all other expenses not specified in the Grand Prize Package descriptions above.

The Grand Prize Packages, as described, are subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable and must be accepted "as awarded". At its election CMT reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Grand Prize Package with a prize of equal or greater retail value.

CMT will not be responsible for event cancellations, changes in venue or any other factors beyond CMT's control.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW
CMT judges at the CMT offices in Toronto, Ontario will make a random draw for the Grand Prize Packages on the following dates from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Dates set forth above:

FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. E.T THE DRAW FOR:

MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. ET THE DRAWS FOR:

- September 5, 2010 - Rascal Flatts - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario
- September 23, 2010 - Toby Keith - Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, Toronto, Ontario
- October 2, 2010 - Brad Paisley - General Motors Place, Vancouver, British Columbia
- October 4, 2010 - Brad Paisley - Rexall Place, Edmonton, Alberta

The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail within Three (3) days of the draw date. If, within Three (3) days of the draw date the selected entrant cannot be contacted, or fails to respond to any attempted contact or message left for him/her, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and CMT reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event the foregoing provisions of this sentence shall apply to such other eligible entry.

In order to be declared the winner of a Grand Prize Package, selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid, and sign and return to CMT an Official Contest Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest rules, acceptance of a Grand Prize Package as awarded and releasing CMT from all liability. Signed Declaration and Release Forms must be faxed to: CMT Marketing Project Manager at: TBA. If a selected entrant fails to sign and return the Declaration and Release within Three (3) days of the selection of his/her entry, or within such later period of time, if any, as may be permitted by CMT, in its sole and absolute discretion, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and CMT reserves the right to select at random another eligible entry, in which event, the foregoing provisions of this sentence shall also apply to such other eligible entry.

The chances of being selected in the Grand Prize draw depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Dates set forth above.

CMT will not be held responsible for the loss of prizes due to errors in completed entry forms or any other circumstances leading to an invalid, erroneous or incomplete mailing address or e-mail address. Prize Packages will be released only after a selected entrant's confirmation as a winner.

ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES ARE FINAL.



ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence as of Wednesday June 30, 2010 except: residents of the Province of Quebec, employees, representatives, and agents of CMT, its parent, related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the members of the households of such employees, representatives and agents. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest rules and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in all matters relating to this Contest. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations.

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this Contest electronically and voluntarily providing your personal information including, but not limited to, email address, first name, last name, cell phone number, city, province, postal code, and home phone number (collectively "Registrant Information") you consent and agree to CMT's collection and use of the Registrant Information to administer this Contest. Your consent to CMT's use of Registrant Information may be revoked at any time by writing to: CMT Unsubscribe, 25 Dockside Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 0B5.

By entering this Contest electronically and voluntarily providing their personal information, entrants consent and agree to CMT's collection, use, and disclosure of the entrant's personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest. CMT will not use an entrant's personal information for any other reason, nor will CMT otherwise disclose an entrants personal information to any third party. See CMT's on-line Privacy Policy for information on how personal information received is handled in respect of the Contest. Any questions regarding the Privacy Policy and/or treatment of an entrant's personal information should be directed via e-mail to CMT's Privacy Manager, at privacymanager@corusent.com.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All Contest entries become the property of CMT and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants and those who request a complete set of Contest Rules and Regulations by sending a self-addressed postage-stamped envelope to: CMT's "Turn Up the Heat Tours" Contest, 25 Dockside Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 0B5. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by any CMT with respect to this Contest, in perpetuity, without any payment or compensation.

By participating in this Contest, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants release and hold harmless CMT, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Grand Prize Package awarded.

Entrants release and hold harmless CMT, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and directors, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Contest and the awarding, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including liability for personal injury or damage to property.

Entrants release and hold harmless CMT, its parent, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Grand Prize awarded.

CMT is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of registration or entry information which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed/corrupted data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, any inability to access the site, or damage to a user's system occasioned by participating in the Contest, and entries which fail to fully comply with these Contest Rules and Regulations.

In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry is deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail address).

No responsibility will be taken by CMT for lost, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries, or computer system failure (traditional ground mail or e-mail). No responsibility will be taken by CMT for any failure of the website during the Contest or for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, on-line, or Internet entry to be received by CMT on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest. CMT reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest without notice including, but not limited to, should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of CMT corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, CMT reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

CMT reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this Contest and/or Contest Rules and Regulations at any time, for any reason, without any prior notice.

The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
